What is HRD Corp?

Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) administers Malaysia's national training levy system under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001. Employers who contribute to the levy can claim grants for approved training programs, including all programs delivered by Axsel Akademie & Biz.
