Axsel Akademie & Biz ("we", "us") operates axselakbiz.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What We Collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

• check_small Enquiry form. Your name, company name, email address, phone number, the training area you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
• check_small Public program registration. Your name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, the program and number of seats requested, how the training will be paid for, and any notes you add such as dietary or accessibility requirements.
• check_small Technical data. Standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, recorded by our hosting provider.

If you tell us about a dietary requirement, accessibility need, or health-related matter so we can accommodate you at a session, that information may be sensitive personal data under the PDPA. We use it only to make the arrangements you have asked for.

Why We Use It

We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry, confirm and administer your place on a program, issue invoices, prepare HRDC grant paperwork where you are claiming, and contact you about the training you registered for. Where you have agreed to it, we may also send you occasional information about upcoming programs. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver the service or where the law requires it:

• check_small Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
• check_small Cloudflare manages our domain name and email routing.
• check_small Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN and Cloudinary serve fonts, scripts and images to your browser. These providers can see your IP address as part of delivering those files.
• check_small HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation) receives the participant details required to process a training grant claim, but only where you or your employer have asked us to make that claim.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Malaysia, which means your data may be transferred and stored abroad.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and registration records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, including those relating to HRDC claims and tax. When the data is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it.

Your Rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, withdraw your consent to us using it, or ask us to stop sending you marketing messages. Email abby@axselakbiz.com and we will respond. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function and to protect forms from spam.
